Our Team

 As one of the founders of the original CDTS Ltd, Iain has been a pivotal driver in the success of the organisation and has grown the business to its current position. He enjoys the varied nature of his role as Director and being able to work in the great outdoors! 

 Having worked alongside Iain for many years Christine has a wealth of experience. She enjoys the flexibility of her role and utilising her skills to manage the business finances. 

 Jack is our Senior Contracts Manager. His role in the business centres around managing our projects through to fruition. He enjoys working with a variety of different clients and managing a diverse range of projects, sites, and solutions. 

 Handling the finances and business administration is Ursula, who enjoys the diverse nature of her role. Working within a team of passionate individuals and for an organisation that betters the environment are both reasons she enjoys working for CDTS South & East. 

Sam is our Site Supervisor and has been with CDTS South & East for more than 10 years! He takes pride in talking with friends, family, and acquaintances about the niche nature of the hydroseeding industry and finds people are always intrigued to find out more about the work we do. 

 Alongside Murray, Tom is one of our Site Operatives and is drawn to working outdoors. He especially likes the fact that no two days at CDTS South & East are the same and supporting his colleagues in a varied range of projects are what keeps the job interesting!
